  • Dalyellup is located 11 km south-southwest of Bunbury. It is part of the local government of the Shire of Capel.

Dalyellup is the perfect location for nature lovers being close to the coastline and the lush and scenic Tuart Forest.

Dalyellup has two large areas that have been designated as open space: the Usher-Dalyellup Regional Park, which is roughly 100 hectares of unspoiled Tuart forest, and to the south is roughly 120 hectares of dunes and foreshore.

A small shopping centre serves the locals’ basic needs. It has a Woolworths for groceries, a chemist, a McDonalds, coffee shops and newsagency. It also has a medical centre.

At an outdoor market, called Dalyellup Markets, you will find stalls selling new and second-hand items, fresh fruits and vegetables, and other wares, every third Sunday of the month at the Lawson Park on Madigan Road.

For more shopping options, Bunbury is just a 10-minute drive away.

For seniors looking for a comfortable home in a peaceful setting, Dalyellup offers an aged care and community housing facility.

Families with children will also find Dalyellup an excellent residential option with good schools within the area and nearby suburbs, parks and playgrounds, awesome outdoors, and great community feel. With acres of parks and kilometres of bike-ways and walking trails, not to mention the nearby Tuart Forest, Dalyellup is perfect for relaxation and recreation.

The suburb is serviced by the 401 route from Bunbury’s central bus station, with a terminus at the end of Norton Promenade on the coast.
